The other day I got a call from my friend Tavit who told me one of his friend is seeking some guidance for Marketing strategies for his startup..Knowing that I found myself on the 9th floor thinking my MBA has come for work finally and its time for my Marketing gyan to share with new chap. I met both of them in the evening over coffee in Costa. While I was waiting for these guys I was thinking about how our generation is into 1st generation entrepreneurship .The guy Rajshekhar is a 1st generation entrepreneur from Chirala (Andhra Pradesh).
He narrated the story that during his school time when teacher use to ask him what is your ambition unlike other guys he always use to say I want to become an entrepreneur and all his fellow mates use to mock him. During his engineering his ambition for entrepreneurship increased and right after he got out of college he thought of starting a new company. For people like us our 1st dream is to earn faster, make more money and enjoy the life to the fullest. But this young man always had one dream to create his own IDNTYTI.Hearing his story made me think entrepreneurs are real crazy and passionate about that one thing which they want to create for themselves.i.e IDNTYTI
The journey was never so easy for him. The first round of investment in his business was through his friends who lent him some money to start with. In 2008 he started his own venture calling it as IDNTYTI which fulfills all web related needs of small and medium enterprise.
IDNTYTI provides all web development, web application, web design ,search engine optimization, mobile application related services.Being an electronic engineer Rajshekhar started understanding the software language because to make his venture stand he had to work himself on all the projects .After a struggle of 8 months he got 1st client for IDNTYTI and that was the day of celebration. And then this did not stop ...the kind of work he delivered there was a word of mouth instantly and he had good projects in hand to work on. Today IDNTYTI has 4 full time employee and 10 free lancers who are working as a family at IDNTYTI.
Raj has a never dying passion for his business. For him money is not important... for him making the business to grow is a goal and he is ready to take any challenge to complete his ambition. Someone has rightly said entrepreneurs are not made they are born and they are born with this great passion and energy to do something extremely extraordinary in their life.I am sure IDNTYTI is going to achieve the height of success very soon.
Its great to be a part of IDNTYTI and work with the whole team . It will surely be a learning experience for me.
